If you love to combine taste and tradition, Bella Molisana Scamorza is the perfect answer. The master cheesemaker shapes a head on the top of a mozzarella to form a scamorza, around which a raffia string is tightened, good for hanging it up. Indeed, scamorza is hung up to get dry: so it is mozzarella with a low water content! Very tasty, it can be kept in the fridge longer than mozzarella. Bella Molisana scamorza is made, just as all the range, following the “natural recipe” with just four ingredients: milk, salt, rennet and milk ferments. It is delicious eaten fresh for a light dinner, cooked on the grill, or diced for a tasty bite or a picnic.
